The location was ideal for our family, as we were able to enjoy some great fishing spots nearby. The cottage itself was beautifully equipped, and we appreciated the ability to surf the web during our downtime. Additionally, being next to a fantastic golf course allowed us to have some fun family competition and enjoy the outdoors.
For dads, it would be great if there were more outdoor play equipment for the children.

Had a fab Xmas getaway here! Loved that the cottage had everything we needed - from a fully equipped kitchen to a games cupboard under the stairs that kept my granddaughter entertained for hours. the location was spot on, allowing us to explore the charming nearby villages and beautiful coastal areas. Plus, the welcome letter and contact number for emergencies provided that extra peace of mind. Oh, and did I mention the cake they left for us? Yum!
And the ensuite bathroom got pretty wet after showering, so we had to keep the window open to air it out. Oh, and we had a couple of instances where parking directly outside the cottage wasn't possible, despite the note about guest parking.

Parking: Some minor inconvenience with parking availability.

The cottage at Esklets was absolutely charming! The room had a cozy vibe and felt like a home away from home. I loved how spacious and well-decorated it was, with a touch of rustic charm. The two bathrooms were a real bonus, one with a lovely bath and the other with a refreshing shower. It was perfect for me as I like having options when it comes to my bathing preferences.
Although the cottage had everything I needed, I must admit that I found the Wi-Fi a bit slow. But hey, that's just my personal opinion, and I'm sure some people would still enjoy disconnecting from the online world during their stay.
